Beech Hill is located on a quiet dead-end road near Acadia National Park.  Our home has a large, private yard surrounded by evergreens and is close to the park's Beech Mountain hiking trails.  It is also convenient to the ocean, lakes, biking, sailing, swimming, canoeing, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, museums, Southwest Harbor, Bar Harbor and the Park Loop Road.    The first floor has a modern kitchen, full bath, dining room with balcony and a large pine-paneled living room with a floor-to ceiling fireplace.  The couch in the living room converts to a queen-size sleep sofa.  The second floor has three carpeted bedrooms and a half bath.    The house will sleep 5 to 7 people and is completely furnished including dishes, utensils, electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, linens, high chair, fold down bed rail, washer, dryer, TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo with CD and tape deck, videotapes, telephone, electric heat, and many books of local interest.  There is a private rear deck with an outdoor gas grill and picnic table.    Beds:  1 queen, 3 twins, 1 queen sleep sofa and 1 "Pack 'n Play" bed.    NO PETS.  Smoking outside only, please.    For more information or to make a reservation, call (203) 393-3608 or email acadiavacation@brintonwood.com
