3/31 to 6/1 = $600/week Rental deposit = $300.00
6/2 to 6/29 = $700/week Rental deposit = $350.00
6/30 to 7/27 = $1050/week Rental deposit = $525.00
7/28 to 8/31 = $1100/week Rental deposit = $ 550.00
9/1 to 9/28 = $700/week Rental deposit = $350.00
9/29 to 11/2= $600/week Rental deposit = $300.00
November - March: Weekly and monthly rates available upon request.
**All rates are subject to State of Maine 7% Sales Tax**
A 50% deposit is required to complete a reservation. Confirmation will be sent by mail or email after receiving payment. The balance of the rent plus a $200 security deposit, 7% State of Maine Sales Tax and signed lease are due prior to stay.
The $200 security deposit will be returned upon receipt of the key by the landlord, inspection of the house and furnishings following departure.
Please note that the above rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday rental period. This begins at 2:00 PM on the arriving Saturday and ends at 10:00 AM on the departing Saturday. The above dates show the NIGHTS that are included in the rental period.
